2.1 Acceptance of Protocols

By accessing the CardanFX website, Technical Lab, or utilizing our HDAs (Houdini Digital Assets), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you represent an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity.

2.2 Intellectual Property & License

A. CardanFX Content

All content, including but not limited to "The Great Escape" curriculum, VEX code snippets, Python scripts, HDAs, and written Protocols, is the exclusive intellectual property of CardanFX Studios Ltd.

B. User License

  • Training Content: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the training materials for individual educational purposes.
  • Assets/HDAs: If you purchase or download CardanFX HDAs, you are granted a Commercial Use License to use the output in your projects. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the HDA source files or Python logic.

2.3 Acceptable Use (The "No-Scrape" Clause)

You agree NOT to:

  • Use automated scrapers, spiders, or AI agents to harvest CardanFX content for the purpose of training external Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Reverse-engineer our "Smart Asset" smart contracts or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities in our WebXR environments.
  • Share your Technical Lab login credentials. Accounts are strictly single-user.

2.4 Digital Assets & Tokens

If you engage with our Smart Asset Protocol (NFTs/Tokens):

  • Utility Focus: CardanFX digital assets are designed for utility (access, governance, operational efficiency). They are not investment vehicles.
  • Risk: You acknowledge the risks inherent in blockchain technology, including wallet security and regulatory volatility. CardanFX is not liable for lost assets due to user error or third-party protocol failure.

2.5 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, CardanFX Studios Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, render farm time, or production delays) arising from your use of our protocols, software, or training. Use of our technical workflows is at your own production risk.

2.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
